Policy

Reservation policy for players not belonging to a group with a contract. Members must refer to the club rules.

Deposit required on reservation :

  • A $50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
  • The deposit will be deducted from the total amount on arrival at the club.

Method of payment :

  • The green fee can be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance, if any, is payable on arrival at the club.

Cancellation policy:

  • The $50 deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before departure.

Reservation modification :

  • Reservation changes are subject to availability of departure times.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on modifications requested.

No-show :

  • In the event of no-show without notice 24 hours before departure, the $50 green fee will be retained and the reservation cancelled.
